Greetings to all members of JET Alumni Association from the staff of the Prime Minister’s Office of Japan

We would like to wish you all a very happy New Year.
Thank you for taking the time to read We Are Tomodachi in 2014. This year as well, we will continue to introduce many and varied attractions that Japan can offer, so please keep an eye out for the latest edition.

As the first edition of 2015, we have just issued the Winter 2015 edition of our “We Are Tomodachi” magazine and published it online.
You can find “We Are Tomodachi” on the official English website of the Government of Japan – JapanGovhttp://www.japan.go.jp/tomodachi/index.html

The link to the newest newsletter is as follows (pdf version):

This issue features rich variety of contents, from winter scenery in Japan, to Japan’s contribution to fighting Ebola virus disease, and also an interview with Prof. Hiroshi Amano, recipient of the Nobel Prize in Physics 2014.

We strongly hope that as many people as possible find the time to read this magazine and deepen their understanding about Japan. “We Are Tomodachi” is also being introduced digitally through the Government’s official Facebook page and Twitter accounts. We hope that you will share them widely with your friends and acquaintances.
