An international software company located in Minnetonka, MN is looking for a Bilingual Japanese Customer Service Representative.
The Customer Service Representative ensure all Japanese language Customer Service contacts are handled and responded to in accordance with client service level and policy guidelines for an international software company. The Customer Service Agent assists customers with presales, order, and post-sale inquiries. Excellent customer service skills and some knowledge of computer software would be helpful. The requests come in through several channels including, but not limited to, phone calls and emails. They may also be asked to assist on projects as assigned by management. The schedule is 6 PM-2:30 AM CST (changing to 5 PM-1:30 AM when daylight savings changes).
