The Japan America Society of Minnesota is pleased to announce the debut of a new event for members and friends: the JASM Professionals Group (JPG). The first gathering of the premier JASM networking event will be held at the Tiger Sushi Restaurant in Uptown Minneapolis on Monday, April 15th. The event is designed to promote networking among JASM members and fellow professionals with an interest and connection to Japan. The event will be held every other month.

On April 15th, a leader from the Medtronic Asian Resource Group will give a short presentation about life in Medtronic for those with an Asian connection. There will be plenty of time to mingle, meet new people, and share stories of your connection to Japan. There is no charge for JASM members and $5 for non-members to join the event. Attendees are encouraged to purchase their own food and drink at the restaurant.
