It has now come the time for JASM’s annual Sushi Social!

This Sushi Social is a networking event supported by JET Alumni. Are you interested about Japan or the JET program? Come and meet some JET alumni!

In conjunction to this event, we are using this party as a double-header to say farewell to a special JASM member, our very own Kanna Sato. Kanna has been our Community Outreach Director for the last two years. She is from Wakayama Prefecture and joined us in Minnesota in the summer of 2010. To say she has done a marvelous job and improved and broadened our JASM community is a great understatement. JASM is very appreciative of her and her hard work. Many people have come to know and love her in our community, and we at JASM really look forward to honoring her at this double event!

This will be one of the last official JASMs events she will be able to attend before her visa and work contract ends, so please come wish her well and say goodbye at our Sushi Social!!

This year’s Social will be held at Fuji-ya in Uptown on July 10th from 6-8 pm for socializing, networking, drinks – and of course, SUSHI!
