Once again, Fuji-Ya most graciously welcomed JET alums and friends through their doors  for another great sushi making event on February 27th.  Participants were able to get a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the world of sushi making from behind the bar.  Everyone got their hands dirty creating their own sushi rolls with the help of 2 gregarious sushi master hosts.  After creating our rolls, a delicious meal was had by all!  Thanks again Fuji-Ya for hosting this wonderful event!
